Full Home Remodel

Millcreek, Utah

As featured in the Spring 2026 issue of Utah Style & Design, this 1970s Millcreek home sits on a tree-covered hillside with a creek at the base. We completed a full home remodel of the 4,500 square foot residence over 16 months, working in collaboration with homeowners and interior designer Danielle Domichel Hickman of Domichel Hickman Design Studio. Photos captured by Lindsay Salazar Photography.

Every room was its own story. We rebuilt the kitchen from the studs, overhauled the primary suite including a luxurious bathroom and walk-in closet, transformed the living and dining spaces, den, office, bedrooms, fitness room and entertainment room. The home spans multiple tiers down the hillside, and navigating that geometry was one of the most unique challenges of the project. On the exterior, we replaced windows, added new sliding doors, installed a new shake shingle roof, and built a brand new deck that overlooks the creek and the wildlife below.

Every detail of John Hampshire's original 1975 architecture was considered including patching the original plaster walls with precision, preserving the bones of the home while bringing modern life to. No detail was forgotten, from Gucci wallpaper to gorgeous , statement fireplaces, and every railing in between.

We are incredibly proud of what this team built together!
