Jer is a highly dedicated and passionate person, with extensive experience and knowledge in construction management, remodeling, and hands-on construction. He is always ready to tackle any task and is a great problem solver. Jer is never afraid to get his hands dirty (or his entire body for that matter!). Jer has a unique way of always looking out for the best interests of our clients, while also still maintaining a great relationship with our team of subcontractors. Jer has built up a strong network of connections in the industry and loves being on-site in the trenches with the workers.

Jer’s father was a General Contractor. As such, Jer was exposed to the world of construction starting at a young age. He grew up on the job site as a laborer, and he has been honing his skills and expertise ever since. His lifelong experience in construction is reflected in his outstanding workmanship and commitment to his projects.

For Jer, construction is not just a job, it's a way of life. He is completely devoted to it and wouldn't consider doing anything else. On nights and weekends, you can find Jer remodeling his own house with a smile on his face. Jer is married and has three daughters. He loves the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, and camping. Jer is extremely positive, loyal, a hard worker, and fun to be around. Jer is always willing to help out with anything and step up when needed. He is never afraid to be himself - always sporting a baseball hat or beanie, making a mustache look cool, and always telling you how “rad” your home is. Everyone loves Jer, and you will too!
